Yoki Lee

Yoki Lee fell in love with yoga since taking the first yoga class in 2008 and yoga became an integral part of her life. Becoming a yoga teacher is the dream of Yoki. To take the first step to the dream, Yoki has obtained her first 200-hour teacher training under the guidance of Francis Grains.

Yoki is grateful to meet Francis in her life, she has guided her yoga path on and off the mat. Francia taught her to be a positive person and encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone and Yoki started teaching in 2014.

Even Yoki has started her yoga teaching, but she keeps learning and practicing.Yoki furthered her studies by attending a second 200-hour teacher training in 2016.

Yoki’s classes are safe, fun and accessible to all. She desires to challenge her students in a joyful, peaceful and mindful manner. She doesn't always expect perfection, but she wants her students to try their best and listen to their body.

She believes” Always listen and trust your heart. Follow its whisper and it will lead you the right direction", she wants her students to calm the mind, open the heart and know more themselves through the yoga practices.
