Otilia grew up dancing hip hop and jazz funk. In 2014, she discovered pole dancing and started her journey to aerials arts - where she also fell in love with yoga with the intention of enhancing her flexibility and strength for all kinds of aerial stuff. She has completed her first 200 hours Hatha-based Yoga Teacher Training with Master Praveen Yadav in 2018 and also Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in the same year.
In her class, you can find rhythm and flow connecting with your body and mind. She utilises knowledge and experience from various disciplines of aerial, dance, yoga and fitness to achieve her students’ body and mind goals. Yoga practice is not just for your body but also for your soul. She hopes to inspire her students just like her teachers did.
